Robert Kim is a real estate development executive with over 20 years of experience specializing in student housing and academic facilities. As CEO of Hanover Pacific, he leads the development of innovative public-private partnerships with colleges, universities, and communities, focusing on the West Coast. Robert holds a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
Steven Garcia, Ed.D., brings over four decades of experience in higher education and has held senior leadership roles since 1982. He has served as Vice President of Finance and Administration at several institutions, including the University of Northern Colorado, California State University, Los Angeles, Claremont Graduate University, and Cal Poly Pomona. Steve holds a Doctor of Education from the University of Washington, as well as a Bachelor of General Studies and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Kansas.
Daune Cotter is an accomplished real estate and accounting professional with over 20 years of experience. As Controller for Hanover Pacific, she brings extensive expertise in financial management across development, construction, and property management, with a focus on P3 projects in higher education. Daune’s diverse background spans the home building, manufacturing, distribution, and education sectors.
